Sir, Although so far I am not sure whether this particular incident is an Islamophobic attack despite the statement of the victim. What cannot be denied is that hatred for Islam, as well as discrimination and violence directed towards Muslims, has skyrocketed in recent times. I believe the western governments via the use of their main tool, western mainstream media has disillusioned their masses against Islam.
