Letter: Biased Bloom review

Sir, Unfortunately, whoever is tasked with looking into the relationship between Muslims and the government will always recommend harsher treatment for the Muslim community. (‘Bloom review falls foul of own recommendations, The Muslim News, May 26.)
To look objective, the adviser will publish a few positive points but, in reality, will hit hard against the Muslims. Then the government will implement these recommendations and insist they were reviewed “independently”.
Muslims continue to be treated differently from the rest of the faith communities, as they are a powerless community.
