Sir, One of the things I like about The Muslim News is that you have many Muslim role models, who are much needed in our community. In the last issue, you interviewed Ahmed Mohamed, the first Black and Muslim champion of Countdown. Mohamed’s victory is an incredible feat, as it is one of the most difficult competitions out there.

Over 120 people attended a landmark conference on the media reporting of Islam and Muslims. It was held jointly by The Muslim News and Society of Editors in London on September 15.
