in GCSE and A-Level examinations.

Results are presented as: grade (number of times it was achieved).
Example: 9 (x4) means a Grade 9 was achieved in four separate subjects.


Note: A Grade 4 is a standard pass, and a Grade 5 is considered a strong pass. For more detailed information on the GCSE grading system, you can refer to the official Department for Education publication: GCSE 9 to 1 grade scale explained
