London, (The Muslim News): 55 more Palestinians were killed and 114 others injured by Israeli Defence Forces’ indiscriminate bombings in the last 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, taking the overall death toll of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces to 40,173 and 92,857 injured since last Oct. 7, the Health Ministry in the enclave said on Tuesday.

The market was crowded with people at the time of the attack as it is located near a station serving the Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, which Israel classified as a “safe zone” for Palestinian civilians.

Several other people were injured in the attack that targeted the Mustafa Hafez School in the al-Rimal neighborhood, western Gaza City, which shelters hundreds of displaced people, medical sources told Anadolu.
