April Boudreau, a resident of Texas, USA. Was diagnose and cured of lung cancer on the same day, in a matter of hours.
Using recent robotic technology, doctors performed a bronchoscopy that confirme. She had lung cancer, then performed minimally invasive surgery to remove it.

“They removed everything,” Boudreau said. “You pinch yourself because you can’t believe it’s true. It was all so simple, no radiation or chemotherapy.”
Before, she had already survived three tumors, two lymphomas – cancer of the lymphatic system – in 1984 and 1985, and a more recent breast cancer, in 2002.
So when her annual CT scan, prompted by her history of cancer and inherited genetic mutations, revealed a worrying lump in her right lung in January , doctors assumed it was cancer.
She now has a CT scan every six months to assess her condition, and the latest results indicate she remains cancer-free. She takes the opportunity to say that she had not noticed the signs of the disease before and warn that people are aware of the symptoms and, if necessary, seek medical help.
The robotic-assisted bronchoscopy technology use in this case was combine with minimally invasive robotic surgery. Not only does this accelerate approach reduce the time between detection and surgical intervention, but it is also associate with a very low rate of complications.
According to the National Cancer Institute – INCA (INCA), most lung cancers start silently, not causing any symptoms until they spread. However, the institute’s website cites the most common signs that may appear in some cases:
