Sir, Millions of Muslims in China are being oppressed and the world is doing nothing. They are being refused to practise Islam, especially in Xinjiang. Now, Uyghur Muslims are disappearing to re-education camps where they are losing their identity and faith (‘Chinese Muslims detained indefinitely in ‘re-education camps’ The Muslim News 27 July).
It seems the Muslim world is not helping the Chinese Muslims. The West is not interested too. It is all to do with money and trade. People do not matter, especially if they are Muslims.
If nothing is done, China will target other Hui Muslims in the country too.
