Sir, I congratulate Mr Sadiq Khan for his election as Mayer of London.
In the UK, a Muslim from Pakistani origin is accepted by the majority, a real sign of secularism. Nobody doubts his loyalty towards the UK . Well done Londoners.
Even though Indian Muslims are not of Pakistani origin, they are rejected by the majority in India with their loyalty being questioned a sign on fake secularism.

Sir, With so much Islamophobia spreading hither and thither like a cancer, it is truly heartening to see a Muslim become Mayor of London. His appointment is a candle-flicker of light amidst the gloom. Let us hope that it continues to grow steadily brighter.

Sir, Well, Tory have helped Honourable Sadiq Khan to be more noble by trying too hard to prove him an extremist or friend of extremists. By any standard if Sadiq is an extremist then the rest of 3 million Muslims must be of the same ideology. Sadiq fought a well fought election and many congratulations on such a dignified election campaign and well earned victory. Wish you well in your tenure as Number One man of London.
Yours,
