Afghanistan: Casualties feared as blasts hit near Parliament

KABUL, (Xinhua): Casualties are feared as blasts shocked Kabul city, gun battle continues near Afghan parliament, local media reported Monday.

The blasts, according to local media, happened Monday next to the fortified entry gate of the parliament. Gun battle continues and casualties are feared.

An official on the condition of anonymity said more than six blasts rocked the area.
