Pakistan: Bomb blast in Peshawar kills two, 18 injured

PESHAWAR, (The News): At least two people were killed while eighteen others sustained injuries when a bomb exploded in Imamia Colony area of Peshawar’s Gulbahar neighbourhood on Tuesday.

 

According to rescue sources, the bodies and the injured have been shifted to hospital. Security forces put a security cordon in the area while evidence was collected from the site of the incident.

 

According to the bomb disposal squad, approximately 4 kilograms of explosive material and ball bearings were used in the bomb, which was detonated using a remote control.
