Lebanon’s National News Agency said the rockets struck near a hospital a government hospital in the northeastern Hermel district.
The attack comes one day after the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) said it was behind the launching of three rockets that slammed into East Lebanon on Friday, the jihadist group’s third such attack this week.
ISIS also claimed responsibility for Monday and Wednesday’s rockets attacks on the East Lebanon, while rival jihadist group al-Nusra Front said it was behind Tuesday’s shelling of border towns.
At least four people were injured in Monday’s rocket fire that landed around the Bekaa town of Britel.
No injuries were reported in Tuesday or Wednesday’s attacks.
Syria-based rebel fighters began targeting Lebanon last year in what they describe as reprisals for Hezbollah’s intervention in the Syrian conflict.
