BAGHDAD (AA) – Car bombings in Iraq killed at least 13 people and injured dozens, security sources said late Friday.
The attack in the capital Baghdad’s Abu Dsheer neighborhood resulted in 13 deaths and 15 injuries, Baghdad Operation Command said in a statement.
Another attack carried out using twin bombs rocked the southern Iraqi city of Basra, causing 15 casualties, Basra Operation Command said in a separate statement without specifying deaths or injuries.
Daesh terror group has claimed the responsibility for the attack.
